Survivors to launch the “In Vivo” Direct Action Campaign at UC San Francisco.

Dear Friend,

I was in court when the verdict against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt came down. A crushing decision and over two million dollars in judgments.

There has been a lot of discussion on the case and I won’t go into it here. It was an unjust verdict overseen by a biased judge who excluded the First Amendment as a defense. The judgment is sure to be overturned in an appeals court.

But that is not why I am writing. The Survivors refuse to allow the sacrificial work of David and Sandra to fade away in the smoke of court battles!

The Survivors are launching a direct-action response at UCSF because – David and Sandra – your courageous and sacrificial work will not be in vain or forgotten.

David did what he did because a passion burned within him to expose the evil of baby body harvesting. David knew it was going on. He asked others to join but he was on his own because his plan was too risky!

So, David formed the Center for Medical Progress and then formed his shell corporations and undercover identities to dive deep into the abyss of the fetal harvesting sea of greed and depravity.

David would not resurface from the depths of his investigation for nearly three years.

When he went public with the evil deeds of the fetal harvesters it shook the nation. The videos started Federal investigations and local investigations into Planned Parenthood and the medical researchers and the body brokers that bought and sold.

There were nationwide protests at Planned Parenthood that went on for just over a year. It was a time for the church to rise up and with one voice condemn this ungodly child sacrifice in the name of science. And the church was horrified, and some did speak up but before long the silence returned and the outrage subsided.

Then David and others were charged criminally and sued under the anti-racketeering RICO act.

Years roll by, the videos are mostly forgotten by the church, was it all in vain?

The Survivors vow that the efforts of David Daleiden will not be in vain. Let me say that David’s videos are still having great impact in Congress and in numerous investigations.

But I am talking about response of the church and the public, we must not allow these videos to slide into oblivion never to be marshalled to bring an end the travesty of this gruesome fetal harvesting!

This latest court trial was should have opened America’s eyes to the barbaric nature of Planned Parenthood and the entire medical research fetal harvesting corruption!

I wish you could have heard the testimonies of these abortion doctors and administrators and body traders as they shamelessly discussed the slaughter of infants for fetal harvesting. The callousness they displayed in their unabashed testimony of what they were doing was shocking.

What was most clear is: They know what they are doing, and they don’t care!

We must make them care! We must put the heat on them and expose them relentlessly.

David did what he did to expose the evil that is happening at universities like UC San Francisco where babies born alive are harvested for their body parts in the name of medical research!

The work of David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt will not be in vain!

David and Sandra spent years of their lives to expose these evil deeds. We must not let these videos and the crimes they reveal fade into history.

You would have thought the court would have been packed during Planned Parenthood’s testimony. One could have imagined daily headline news coverage of the heartless brutality revealed in the testimony of so called medical researchers.

But there was a near media blackout as abortion doctors testified to babies born alive because they did not want to chemically kill the child before ripping their arms and legs off via live dismemberment -- it would make the body parts unsellable!

Once David and the others were found liable under RICO the media paid attention long enough to tout the multi-million-dollar civil judgment as a referendum on the veracity of the videos!

But this is not over!

The videos show without a doubt that crimes against humanity are being committed across this nation for scientific prestige and profit!

Survivors is launching a direct-action effort targeting UCSF to show the world we will not let these videos die like the dead babies they depict!

UCSF is not the only California university actively harvesting organs from babies born alive, UC Los Angeles, UC San Diego and UC Irvine among others are actively involved in so called medical research using these body parts.

This is why the Survivors intend to be at every UC Regents meeting to challenge the regents on their complicity in this crime against humanity.

On my recent trip to San Francisco to spy out the land for our direct-action campaign we went to the UC Board of Regents meeting taking place in San Francisco. Those representing life pooled our public comment time so Terrisa Bukovinac from ProLife San Francisco could have a longer public comment.

Terrisa eloquently challenged the board to take responsibility for the heinous practices of live dismemberment and medically induced abortions that end with up to 50% of the babies being born alive only to have their organs harvested.

And this won’t be our last UC Regents board meeting. We will not be silent until this butchery is ended.

When I saw David and Sandra in trial, when I watch the videos, when I consider these babies born alive only to be harvested -- my heart cries out:

This must stop!

So, the Survivors are launching their In Vivo direct-action campaign!!!

In Vivo, in the living, a euphemism in the medical research world for babies born alive only to be harvested. In Vivo because this is what we want – babies in the living to fulfill their God given purpose. In Vivo because we are in the living and we must stand for those who have no voice!

We, In Vivo, will confront these barbaric acts, these crimes against humanity with direct action on the UC San Francisco campuses.

The In Vivo Campaign will launch this January at the Walk for Life in San Francisco.

When in San Francisco I met with many local leaders and concerned Christians and shared what was happening at UC San Francisco. The response ranged from skepticism to outrage and everywhere in between.

Some we met with pointed out the obvious – Survivors isn’t big enough, financed enough, or maybe even competent to lead the fight! That would have been enough to discourage many, but I already knew that!

I am not trusting in our size, financial strength, or even our competency – I am leading this fight because my faith compels me to speak up on behalf of the oppressed, to rescue those unjustly sentenced to death!

I am trusting the Most Loving Father to lead and finance this fight and to win the day!

I do not care more than He cares, I care because He instilled His Spirit within me and in Him and through Him all things are possible. So, I will lead the Survivors to San Francisco with full expectation of victory on behalf of the pre-born.

Yes, the Survivors must go because God uses His weak and fallible people to accomplish the impossible for His glory!

I am not alone in my outrage or my faith compelled response. Others I met with in San Francisco shared my outrage and encouraged bold action. I know we will have many joining us in this fight as God lays on their heart a desire to join in this fight. All gave of their time to listen as the reality of In Vivo abortions was shown to them.

Some opened their home for meetings and housing. Some dedicated time to help formulate a plan going forward and pledged their participation. And some gave generously to launch this In Vivo direct-action campaign!

I was blessed to be joined by so many faithful warriors and brothers and sisters in Christ! The meetings were very productive and we came up with a three step initial launch!

The Survivors and Prolife San Francisco three-step initial launch

First, we are building both web-based and printed exposés to Document, Expose and Mobilize against the live dismemberment abortions and the medically induced abortions resulting in babies born alive to be harvested for body parts for medical research.

I keep being met with skepticism everywhere I go. The evidence is undeniable and but I believe we must continue to gather the facts and make it understandable to the layman.

The proof is there, David has the videos, and there are numerous medical journal articles and links, they just need to be laid out cleanly and convincingly.

Even the very government grants handed out clearly spell out the barbarity and frequency of the In Vivo abortions. These grants and the specifics are horrifying even with the disinfected language they use to describe the fact they want pristine dead babies!

A pristine specimen (dead baby) from an elective abortion with no abnormalities.

It is like reading a horror novel.

We know what is happening, we know where it is happening, and we know who is doing it. We need only to bring it all together and to lead a direct-action fight to end it!

We have already reached out to our friends at Human Life Alliance to seek their help to get the magazine-based exposé designed and printed.

The Survivors must deliver boots on the ground!

This is the second step in our launch. The Survivors want to place young people on the ground, in San Francisco, every day of the week!

To do that we are going to rent a home in San Francisco large enough to house 10 to 12 Survivors. This is a financial hurdle to say the least, but I believe it is necessary if we are going take this fight to UCSF and to expose these crimes against humanity to the rest of the nation!

UCSF is not the only university participating in the fetal harvesting for medical research, but it is the battle ground we have chosen.

One might ask why San Francisco, the liberal anti-God bastion of California?

That is a fair question and the answer lies in part because it is a godless society, turf mostly turned over to those who hate God. There is no greater light than the light shown in a dark world. It is a contrast of light versus dark and I believe The Light is more than capable of overcoming even the darkness of San Francisco!

Also, I have an atheist co-belligerent in Terrisa Bukovinac, an atheist and animal rights activist but also vehemently pro-life. I don’t require her to embrace my faith and she does not ask me to abandon mine.

Terrisa heads up ProLife San Francisco and she is an intelligent and eloquent activist.

Terrisa can speak to animal rights activists to be consistent and to her fellow Democrats, who according to Terrisa, over 50% are against late term abortions.

Another reason we have chosen San Francisco is both the city and the university are geographically small and this allows us to more effectively pin-point our direct action.

Although San Francisco is small in area it commands both a national and international media reach. San Francisco is a media hub.

I love Terrisa but I believe SF needs Christians on the ground fighting the good fight!

As I said, I am a co-belligerent with Terrisa but my faith and confidence and even my motivation to fight this fight comes from God.

This is why I believe we must have a Christian outpost in the heart of the city to be the church militant, to show love and to fight evil with good, hatred with love, lies with truth!

I hope young people will heed the call and come to San Francisco beginning in January to join this uncompromising Christ-centered fight for life and justice. I want them to become Christian Social Justice Warriors!

Do not underestimate the power of a dedicated group of young people, full of passion, creativity and energy to turn a city and a university upside down!

I will send them out every day to Document, Expose and Mobilize. They will be on campus and all around the city carrying out peaceful but powerful direct-action events.

I intend to unleash the youth and marshal them to use unbridled creativity to take this fight to UCSF! Their faith and their conviction and the training by Survivors will make them a formidable force for good.

Our third step is really the beginning of it all!

And for this step we need your help.

We are going to launch at the Walk for Life San Francisco, and we plan to hand out over 10,000 magazines exposing the In Vivo abortions and urging those attending the Walk for Life to join the In Vivo direct action campaign!

This is going to require all the volunteers we can muster.

Our friends at Walk for Life have worked so hard to bring tens of thousands together to celebrate life in the Walk for Life.

This is a great opportunity to give those attending a next step and an opportunity to stand against the evil of live dismemberment abortions and medically induced abortions I call “In Vivo” abortions because they are seeking fetal body parts In Vivo, translated “in the living”.

I will be looking for dozens of volunteers to give everyone we can this magazine Documenting and Exposing these crimes against humanity. We trust God will convict many to join us and to Mobilize against this evil funded by our government and practiced in our universities.

One of the great burdens I feel when I see tens of thousands of people walking for life is knowing that those same people filled with a conviction to do more for the babies could bring these evil practices to a screeching halt.

The Survivors will go, as town criers, crying out for people to take a magazine, read the horrific reality and pray that God will convict them to join this fight.

If you plan to be in San Francisco I ask you to volunteer and help us deliver those 10,000 copies into the hands of the faithful!

What are your goals?

The question was asked at one of our meetings in San Francisco by a dear friend of mine who was but a young girl when I met her in Operation Rescue back in 1988. Beth was a leader in her own right, she was bold and smart and I always valued her opinion and insights. She was a courageous young lady just like those I hope to recruit for our Christian outpost in San Francisco.

It was so good to see Beth Hockel, now a mother of a large brood of children, many of whom have been to our Survivors training camps. Beth urged me to work through our plans and to set goals for our direct action. It was good advice.

The problem at the onset of a campaign is you often do not know where it is going to lead.

However, if you do not have a plan on where you are headed you will never know if you get there! So, I have worked out these initial goals to give us a beacon to head for.

These are our first 3 long-term goals as developed by those we met with, Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust and Prolife San Francisco.

  1. UCSF changes their policy on using live dismemberment and medically induced late term abortions to produce harvestable organs.

  2. Pass the Safe Research Act in Congress. (70 members currently signed on)

  3. Make it illegal to use elective abortions for fetal tissue research.

This is just the start. We will hone our goals and tactics in the coming months as this fight unfolds.

The Survivors are going to San Francisco to launch this fight against fetal harvesting for medical research.

We know we are going into hostile territory and we know we will see great opposition to our direct-action. We are praying God will lead us forward and that the young people we send to crash the gates of hell will be fearless in fighting against this horrific evil, this crime against humanity.

We can win. We can end the evil harvesting of fetal body parts!

Non-violent direct action is historically proven to be the most effective way to effect change. This is true of bringing down governments and as we saw in Yugoslavia and in effecting social change as in the women’s suffrage movement. And, as we saw in the spread of Christianity, it can change hearts and minds around the world.

Non-violent direct-action is different from a demonstration. Direct-action is more creative and often not in the public square – such as a sit-in in the Chancellor’s office. Direct-action looks to create tension today to effect change tomorrow.

History is replete with victories won by a few for the greater good of mankind from child labor laws, civil rights to ending slavery, naming but a few.

That we can win is without question.

Will we fight? Will we take our stand and end the use of fetal body parts for scientific research? Will we be the church militant and fight the good fight of faith? Will our children know that we stood against the evil of our day in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?

Those are the questions we must answer.

And if we answer: “Here I am Lord, send me,” we will see God move. Lives will be saved, and we will see many victories along the way, hopefully even complete victory sending fetal harvesting of baby body parts back to hell where it came from.

God help us.

There is much to be done before the Walk for Life in San Francisco.

The Survivors will need to design and print the exposé magazine. We will have to work and design and get online a resource documenting the crimes against humanity.

We will need to begin recruiting the young people to man the Christian outpost in San Francisco.

We must recruit the volunteers to help distribute the magazines at the Walk for Life and launch the In Vivo Campaign!

Help Survivors launch the In Vivo Direct-Action Campaign

I said earlier Survivors is not big enough or financially strong enough to lead this fight, but God is and His people can do all he leads them to do.

The expenses we will be facing are too big for us, but I absolutely believe God is going to put a burden on the hearts of his people to make this fight possible. We are looking at $10,000 per month just to operate and man a large house for the Survivors.

I am hoping someone will be led of God to fund that first month and launch this Christian outpost of life-saving activism with a gift of $10,000.

Then there is the magazine exposé. It is going to cost nearly $3000 to get that magazine printed and ready to go in San Francisco. I am praying God moves on you or someone like you to fund that printing.

But this launch is reliant not on one person carrying the burden of giving but rather a call on us all to give what we can.

Every gift is critically important to this fight whether that is a gift or $35, $50 $75 $100 $250 $500 or $1000. Together each gift forms a link a chain of giving that pulls this effort forward.

I do not know if God has blessed you beyond your dreams or if you are struggling to make ends meet. I only know this is a worthy fight to give to and I pray you will give as God leads you.

Please keep Survivors in your prayers. Pray we will find unity among our fellow pro-life organizations. Pray for wisdom for myself and all those who join in this fight. Pray we have the energy and volunteers to make this launch possible at the Walk for Life.

Thank you for giving today, thank you for all you do in the cause of life, thank you for making the launch of the In Vivo Direct-Action Campaign at UCSF possible.

P.S. This won’t be an easy fight but they are delivering babies alive and harvesting their organs and that must end. It may not be an easy fight and UCSF is a formidable target but if it is God’s fight then it is our fight and we win when we stand for Him and defend the defenseless. Please send the gift God puts on your heart today and thank you for joining in this historic fight for life
