At Survivors we recruit, train, and equip young people to expose the evil of their day. Evidence abounds in pro-life organizations across this country that our efforts have not been in vain! Dozens of leaders and full-time pro-lifers point back to the influence of Survivors in their lives and callings.

I mention this because sometimes I feel like all I do is ask, ask, and ask again for your support and prayers for our young people, but I get to hear the stories from our team members and others we have impacted. This made me think of you and others who have given to encourage and equip the Survivors in their fight for life and truth and I thought:

You give generously, sacrificially, and you deserve to know, hear, and read these stories that would not have happened without you and your generosity!

There are so many stories I don't know where to start so I am going to just dive in! We say at Survivors we recruit, train and equip young people to take their stand in their day but how do we do that? My first story demonstrates how God brings us young people to get involved.

My name is Winter and I am a 24-year-old film student from Wisconsin. I was first introduced to Survivors via social media after the Dobbs decision was leaked when I noticed Survivors' powerful imagery and poignant language. I felt this group was bringing honor to victims of abortion while simultaneously taking space in the online world to call abortion what it is -- the violent ending of a preborn child's life! After going through a tumultuous period of remaining steadfast in my convictions on my liberal arts campus, I made the decision to go to the March for Life 2023.

There I had the pleasure of meeting several members of the Survivors group in person. This was a rather chance encounter and an immense blessing to me. Over my time with them at the March as well as the memorial for the preborn and other events I attended alongside them, there were several facets I noticed that were pertinent about the activism of Survivors -- They placed their love of Christ at the forefront of their activism, were welcoming to all people, and had a fervent love for their own lives which they recognized as a gift from God!

The love for God was plain to see in the interactions with other prolife organizations and individuals. Most notable to me were their interactions with more secular or politically left anti-abortion groups. They were welcoming to all people but they never lost their saltiness in the world, just as Christ called for. Their kind attitudes didn't deter them from taking every opportunity to share their faith, the truth of the gospel, and the reality of Jesus with each person they interacted with -- whether they were secular, religious, atheist or otherwise. All they came in contact with were always welcome to join in with them, not only in activism but also when they went sightseeing or were just grabbing lunch.

This willingness to break bread and converse with people who do not know Christ made way for the Survivors activists to build bridges of trust that often led to more thorough and heartfelt discussions of faith. The Survivors' love for the gift of life is very evident in the joy they take in their own lives -- laughter, dancing on the streets, and enjoying friendships are just a few examples. I find both the reverence of Christ and the delight in life within the group absolutely vital to the pro-life message. If we forget that Christ died so we may live, and the delights in life God has already awarded to us as His children in the face of evil, we may forget why we ultimately fight for life -- because a human life is God's, not man's, to mold for his glory and exaltation.

I am blessed when these stories are shared with me and that is how I want to bless you today. Because you gave, these lives were changed, and babies have been and will be saved. I often ask you to give to send the Survivors here or there. I ask you to give so we can put on a training camp in Washington, DC, I ask and ask and you give generously. I want you to know just how much good your gifts are producing.

Winter mentions our unity with a diverse group of pro-life activists. As she mentioned, some are atheists and they will never be caught dead in a church but the witness of our Survivors does not comeback void.

I have some exciting news about Winter I will share near the end of this letter!

Now here is an email I received recently after a young woman heard on a podcast with our then Director's pro-life journey from the medical field to full-time ministry with Survivors. I share this email to highlight the opportunities and also the needs these opportunities create.

Subject: Joining Survivors Full Time

Hello,

My name is G_____, I am reaching out to inquire whether Survivors has any full-time positions I would be able to apply to. I am a 24-year-old Christian recently graduated with a Master's in biomedical sciences from the University of Pittsburg School of Medicine. (Note from Jeff: UP is the creator of the In Vivo, meaning Born Alive, abortion procedure for harvesting the freshest organs from living babies!) All my life I've strived towards a career in healthcare as a future physician scientist, pouring every drop of my resources, faculties, time and gifts into securing my own status, prestige and glory.

But recently God has radically changed my desires and view on the healthcare system, my design and purpose as a woman and image-bearer and therefore what dedicating my life to serving Christ looks like. The Holy Spirit is revealing to me how deeply evil and the human brokenness has infiltrated the medical/health side of life. I no longer desire to seek my own glory, as a physician or otherwise, but instead desire to honor God in all I do. I've been prayerfully asking the Lord what He wants me to do with my life. I have no experience in activism or any field outside of medicine and scientific work. I have a burning desire to be part of the pro-life fight. I do not know if this fight, let alone this organization, is where God wants me to be, but I was so moved by AJ Hurley's story I thought I'd reach out and see if the are any opportunities for me to work full time as part of the Survivors. My friend, God is moving! I believe the fight to end born-alive abortions and fetal organ harvesting is our calling!

I perceive letters like the ones above as God recruiting, bringing to the Survivors the skill and educational and background levels we desperately need to lead in this fight.

One of the primary focuses of Survivors is to expose the evil of infanticide in the medical industry in the name of science and medical research. To do that we need not only the courageous and passionate but also the educated and articulate to take our stand without apology in the public square and to proclaim that this great evil is not medically necessary any more than the atrocities of doctors in times past who tortured fellow human beings in the name of science and the greater good.

It was evil in times past and it is evil today. But today the National Institute of Health is funding research using tissue taken from babies while still alive, all with your tax dollars and a total disregard for the tiny lives they sacrifice.

This is why Survivors is dedicated to raising up new fresh talented young people to take their stand in their day. Needless to say we answered the above email right away and are in open discussion to discern if Survivors is where God wants her.

The reason Survivors is getting these emails and others reaching out to us is because you made the work of Survivors possible with your generous giving in partnership and I can't thank you enough.

At Survivors it is not all just getting emails, young people are getting involved. Recently we teamed up with Maison Des Champs also known as Prolife Spiderman. Maison is just 22 years old and his specialty for the preborn is to free climb skyscrapers to raise funds to meet needs for women choosing to keep their baby.

You heard right, he free climbs, as in no gear, no ropes, no safety net some of the tallest building in cities across the country. He has climbed the Sales Force Tower in San Francisco, the Devon Tower in Oklahoma City, the Renaissance Center in Detroit, and the New York Times Building all to raise awareness and funds for the prolife.

An additional reward for Prolife Spiderman's feats of daring is it draws the attention of mainstream media and once again -- gets the message of life out! Maison has been featured on Tucker Carlson for his daring climbs. Not everyone is as impressed as Tucker Carlson though. Every time Prolife Spiderman scales a building the police meet him at the top and take him into custody!

Now, the only problem for police is it's not against the law to climb a building and so he is soon released and charges dropped. His courage and feats of daring have raised lots of support for the pro-life cause along with awareness of the charitable work of helping women in their time of crisis.

Recently Survivors went with him to Phoenix, Arizona for another fundraising climb. The Survivors held a press conference and at the end of the press conference Prolife Spiderman began his ascent of the Chase building, the tallest in Phoenix, and yes, he successfully raised funds, awareness and was once again arrested and released!

We are proud to work with Maison and to showcase his willingness to put his life on the line for life! This is what I love about young people and it is an extreme example of the youthful abilities and courage and commitment that I find in so many young people when they are given the opportunity to take their stand in their day and you make all that possible.

The Survivors are attracting some very talented individuals who are literally changing their life plans!

Let me tell you about one example, Tim Clement.

Tim Clement has a B.A. in Christian Ministries from Masters University, a M.A. in Biblical and Theological studios from Knox Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a dual M.A. in Christian and Classical studies. For over ten years he has worked at the Ventura County rescue Mission as a Life Recovery Chaplain/Counselor. From there he moved on to become a Jr. High and High School teacher at a classical school.

That is impressive indeed but what is most exciting is Tim has decided to come and lead our College Outreach Program!

How did this career change come about? I will let him tell you in his own words.

I had completed my first year as a Logic and Worldview teacher at a classical school and was fully ready to continue down the road of being an educator. God's unfolding providence however, had another direction for me.

For a year I had been on social media watching my good friend AJ Hurly as he charged forward in the pro-life movement and became the Director of Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust. His convictions as a Christian man convicted me to become more faithfully involved in the pro-life movement.

At the end of the school year AJ Hurley invited me to Washington, DC for Survivors' 2022 summer training camp. While at the camp in DC and after some training, AJ mobilized us to the steps of the Supreme Court for some hands-on training in activism.

On June 24, 2022 I held up my first protest sign that stated "Roe v. Wade into the ASH HEAP of history where you belong!" For the first time in my life I was surrounded by pro-abortion zealots, we were dueling truths and soon the announcement came: Roe v. Wade has been overturned!

It was a surreal moment in history and for me, as we celebrated in the streets of Washington, DC joined by others around the world in spirit. The moment was festive and pro-life leaders did interview after interview praising the reversal of Roe v. Wade while harmoniously reminding America there was much work to finish to make America abortion free!

Caught in the moment, I took heed to the call of God and decided I was in for another career change. It was obvious the pro-life movement needed activists and I came to a desire to stop being a school teacher and to dedicate myself fully to taking my stand for life in my day and pursue a desire to lead and equip others. This is the best move I have ever made, it feels God-ordained with God's speed!

Earlier I promised I would share some good news about our new activist Miss Winter. That good news is that she has decided to fully devote herself to pro-life activism with Survivors!

Anna accompanied by anastacia passionately shares about the evils of abortion pill at San Francisco Walgreens pharmacy!

But that is not all! Through Tim Clement's dedication as our new Campus Outreach Director we have been blessed with a troop of young people who also want to dedicate themselves in the days, months and years ahead to saving babies and exposing the evil of abortion.

Yes, along with Winter we have Anna who prior to reading our Born-Alive magazine, had no idea of the terrible atrocities of fetal organ harvesting and now she is committed to coming on full-time!

So along with Tim, and Anna and Winter we also have Jocabed and Madison and we are prayerfully hoping a young man named Henry will join us also. Oh, I almost forgot, there is Anastacia, who is a new believer through the evangelistic outreach of our Survivors and she is interested in jumping right in to stand for truth.

This creates one of the most challenging opportunities we have ever faced!

There is no way Survivors can afford to hire all these talented young people and the thought of losing their energy and efforts for the pre-born breaks my heart.

But we have a solution!

The Survivors may not be able to hire them but we can train them to raise their own personal support and join the prolife mission field full-time. Now raising enough support to give yourself fully to the mission field is not easy.

Thankfully we have found an organization that does intensive training on raising your own support, budgeting, and living a life of sacrifice for God and the ministry he has called them to!

Here is what I am asking.

I am asking you to give today to help me send these young people to the intensive support training. When one young lady expressed a desire to save enough money to go to this training in the future I decided in my heart at that time that the Survivors would sponsor any young person who was willing to go to the training with a desire to dedicate themselves to ministry.

The average cost to send a young person to this training is $450. That is a lot of money but this is truly an investment that will return dividends well into the future -- even into eternity!

Salaries cripple organizations and so many ministries spend huge percentages of their budget on salaries and the Survivors cannot afford that, nor do we want to.

We want your gifts to be used to equip our young people to fight for life not to be just a job. Will you help me right now to raise up a new troop of energetic young people, quality individuals who love God and want to fight to end fetal organ harvesting and to work to make America abortion-free?

With your gift of $35, $50 $75 or even $100 we can begin to build a full-time team of young people who will save lives and souls for years to come.

Let me share a few more words from Tim about his decision to follow God's call on his life at great personal expense to himself but for the glory of God.

Tim shares:

The course of my life radically changed that day in front of the Supreme Court and the fall of Roe v. Wade. In that moment I decided I would live off my savings for the next six months and volunteer to be a missionary activist with the Survivors. This is the best move I ever made!

I know this is where God wants me and my new motto is “Saving babies and souls for the Lord!”

The commitment and sacrifice of Tim and the others is so wonderful to witness. I hope you will support the effort of Survivors to get each and every willing volunteer to the training class to raise their own support and allow them to dedicate their time and energies to expose the evil of fetal organ harvesting and abortion.
